Visual.NET is not working

Hi,
While I am trying to debug a program it is giving
The following error:
"Error while trying to run project: Unable to start
debugging on the web server.Would you like to disable
future attempts to debug ASP.NET pages for this project?"
I have added my account to the debugger user group.I an
also the also the administrator of my m/c but it is giving
the same error. Can anyone help me out to solve the
problem.
