VOIP C#

Hi all,
I need help with VOIP. I am currently trying to code a VOIP C# application to allow PC to PC communication via the web.
I need alot of help with this! Is there any resource on the interent about such, even some code would be great.
I would appreciate any help at all, and I mean anything, VOIP info, web links etc etc...
