VS.NET 2003 and the 1.1 framework. I'm getting ready to start development on
a project that will be done using VS 2005 and the 2.0 framework. Could I
modify the existing 1.1 application with VS 2005, or will I need to continue
using VS.NET 2003?"Brian Foree" <Brian.Foree@.dshs.state.tx.uswrote in message

Natively, VS.NET 2005 can't target v1.1 of the Framework, although there is
an add-in from Microsoft which allows this:

However, I wouldn't advise it, as VS.NET 2003 and VS.NET 2005 can co-exist
quite happily on the same machine...

Just load the original 1.1 solution and accept the conversion options and you
are done. End of story.
